![]() Same goes for COD Controller is objectively the better input device in COD because of AA, Halo, again input device that is Objectively better is Controller because of AA you have all these games were the best input is a controller so I don't understand the concern about cross play from consoles. This could be adjusted and balanced so both sides have advantages and disadvantages. Take Apex Legends for instance you can do so much movement tech on KB and M however that shit doesn't matter in the slightest because in a close to mid range fight AA is going to shit all over you this is why so many pros are giving up on KB/M and moving to controller, thats a balance issue that isn't being address and Apex is one of the higher mechanical skilled games where none of it makes a difference because the game is doing the nearly tracking for you one a certain input. ![]() The mechanical advantage is meant to be offset by the AA advantage. Larger AAA titles that have large audiences won't have this issue. Smaller games with much smaller populations such as Splitgate will suffer due to smaller SBMM sample sizes where you'll see wilder variations in skill levels per game. The issue is that devs put very little thought into balancing AA.
